Before contacting support

  1. Confirm the app is installed in the intended HighLevel sub-account.
  2. Record the page, approximate time, and the action that produced the issue.
  3. Do not send access tokens, passwords, or private contact exports.

Support channel

Email [email protected] and include “Follow-Up Auditor private pilot” in the subject. The support phone remains the centralized number entered in the HighLevel Marketplace profile.

Security issue

For suspected unauthorized access, stop using the app and revoke its installation in HighLevel before contacting support. Never include credentials in the report.
