Follow-Up Auditor reads selected HighLevel records and turns exceptions into a review queue. It does not redesign, publish, or activate workflows.

Scope: This documentation covers the private proof of concept. Capabilities may change before any public release.

Data reviewed

Contacts and their current tags
Conversation threads and message timestamps
Opportunity stage and age
Workflow enrollment and observable status

Audit method

The service evaluates timing and lifecycle signals against explicit review rules. Findings are recommendations, not automatic decisions. Representative dashboard records never contain production contact details.

Permissions

The pilot requests only the scopes needed to inspect configured records. Write access is not required for the initial audit experience.

Current limits

The pilot does not create native HighLevel workflows, send messages, move opportunities, or alter contact records. Those actions require a separate design and explicit approval.
